Returns

We do not accept returns on any products once the order has been delivered.

All purchases made on our website are considered final sale, as our products are handcrafted, designer, and often made or finished in limited quantities.

No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges for any items, including size, color, or design variations.

We strongly recommend reviewing product images, descriptions, fabric details, and measurements carefully before placing your order.

Advance Payment Policy

  • Advance / Prepaid Payment Only

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive:

  • a damaged product, or

  • an incorrect item (different from what was ordered),

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at: vitaminseeapparels@gmail.co
Make sure to include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

After verification, we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our discretion.

⚠️ Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or altered products

  • Gift cards

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable, as we do not accept returns or exchanges.
